My name is Jacob Love, I’m 22 years old from Perth, Western Australia. 

I first picked up a camera when I was 11 years old, not long after I first started riding bmx. Growing up in small town the riding scene was very small but it wasn’t long till I got a video camera and started filming myself and my friends riding including all the shenanigans alongside. I started uploading to YouTube and I carried on making bmx edits for years, a lot them were quite bad. Spots to ride in our town were limited and we had a subpar local skatepark. It didn’t really matter though, we made the most of what we had and I was slowly progressing and having fun riding and filming with my mates. I was stoked to finally upgrade and get a Canon 600D with a fisheye setup when I was about 16. Everything went up from there for my filming. I moved out of the the small town to the suburbs of Perth, where there was an actual scene. I never really stoped filming and making friends through BMX, who were super good and great to film. I’m stoked to be able to have a couple projects and edits I’m proud of and have my younger years on film to look back on.
