Before bmx, I went to school like a normal kid, then after school I went home to play computer games with my friends, or spend time with my friends on the street. When I was 11 or 12 years old they gave me a bicycle, at that time I was in the countryside and it was not a problem to ride it since it was a rural area and one day I saw that they were riding a bicycle and a guy on BMX jumped in 180 on top of another bicycle , I went up to them and asked them to take me, and in the first seconds I got on, my eyes lit up and I wanted the same bike that I could do tricks on.
2- what were your dreams as a child?
At the age of 12, I did not have particularly strong hobbies, one of the ones that haunted me the most was computer science at school, among all my classmates it was the one I knew best and wanted to learn. . .
3-What was your main motivation to risk bmx to the fullest?
I think, like everyone, the desire to get some new emotions, I also tried to take risks because of the family in which I had a difficult relationship, my father did not approve of what I was doing, but my mother, on the contrary. , supported me to this day always supportive and helpful if I need help.
4-in the darkest moments of your life than bmx, what role did you play and why did you cling to bmx?
In the darkest days of my life, BMX helped me get away from all the problems that bothered me, it helped me to escape from them to a completely different world, a world where you are a creator on the bike, I am very happy for the day I got a BMX bike and thanks to him I was able to easily overcome the bad moments of your life, as fast as possible.
5- how is your life when you are not riding a bike?
When I'm not riding my bike, I'm studying, reading books, and I also see myself often and have a good time with my friends both in and out of BMX.
6-many know your life as a rider but few know what it cost you to get there, so what were your biggest challenges to become a person who focuses his life on this beautiful lifestyle?
The first years of bmx riding, my life was not different from what it was before since there weren't many changes but I think it started to show in the middle of the second or beginning of the third year, then I started riding a lot more often and skipping school from time to time to succeed in BMX, then everyone said ride another year or two and that's it, give up and all that, in short, many around me did not approve of the fact that I put my hobby above other things more important activities, my father was especially angry with me and was one of the most opposed to riding a bmx, but I rode more and more out of spite, thus giving a boost to what I can now do on my bike . I grew up in BMX and I'm very happy about it.
7- to this day, what challenges have you experienced and how has bmx helped you overcome them?
If something happens in my life, BMX helps to distract me from the bad times, I can take my headphones with me at night, turn on the music and go anywhere to learn or perfect my tricks and thus forget about the problem or of the bad news, and the next morning, I solve the problem with a fresh mind.
8- if you could talk with your past self, with the 5-year-old boy, with the 7-year-old boy, what would you say to him?
In fact, I periodically ask myself this question: "what would happen if I went back and would I ask or advise that" and I always answer this "unfortunately, everything that already happened, was and therefore should have happened". ." If he met me at 5 or 7 years old, he would only wish me good luck and that's it)
9- There are many boys out there who suffer from depression, strong addictions to drugs and live very badly, many boys who have not tried BMX out of fear, what message would
you give to the world so that it never gives up and never stops dreaming?
When you are depressed, the most important thing is not to succumb to weakness and not start using drugs or in some way harm yourself, you need to distract yourself with something that will benefit you at least, start reading books, by the way, they help a lot to get distracted and when reading time goes by very fast, you can also just talk with friends or family so you don't keep the problems on yourself, this also helps a lot, or start doing sports or that kind of activity where you can direct your strength and energy to get out of your problems.
Guys, in my life there were many family problems that I would not like anyone else to face, problems with studies, problems in my personal life and I never gave up, although sometimes I really wanted to, the most important thing is that you have close friends who always support you. they will help, an example is my knee injury, when I had it I had the feeling that this is it, our lives with BMX diverge, but my friends helped and supported me all the way until I was able to walk, ride and their faith that I would be able to overcome this test of life, his faith filled me with strength, because I could not just give up and stop practicing,
