Falling in love with bmx as an israeli kid can be something particular since in my city there was only one skatepark and it was in the north of tel aviv, it was fucking difficult and I had to wait for Saturday to arrive to be able to go out with my friends from 5 in the morning pedaling more than 10 miles from the south of Tel Aviv to the skatepark that was north of the city, it was a bit tiring but going out to enjoy myself with my friends made me have a very fun and 100% connected adolescence absolutely to bmx.
In tel aviv there is only one skatepark so the rest of the days the bmx sessions were in the street and boy, in tel aviv there are good street spots so that makes the sessions brutal, although for the little ones and those who come Starting out is difficult, so they prefer to go to the skatepark. The lack of skateparks has become a limitation, since that means that many of the boys only ride for 2 years and retire.
It's been almost 16 years since I started riding and now I have a dream sponsorship from wethepeople, although I still have to work to earn my money and maintain my career as a professional rider, although there are still some dreams pending like being a representative of Israel in the olympics, in xgames or in a simple session even so I have had a dream career despite being born in a country as small and far away as Israel.
This is bmx and it has been the best decision of my life.
